HEALTH CENTRAL WALKERS

The Health Central Walkers Program is the most successful program of its kind in Central Florida. Chosen as the model for the Orange county LifeSteps Program, Health Central Walkers has over 1,200 active walkers between the ages of 4 and 90. Join the fun each month with an Awards Breakfast honoring walkers who have achieved a mile-stone from 50 miles on up. For additional information, please call 407-296-1497.

CHAIR EXERCISES

A non-impact exercise class for anyone who wants to improve their strength, flexibility, range of motion and sense of balance. The classes are FREE to our Health Central Walkers and Elite members. They are held every Monday and Wednesday morning from 8:00am to 9:00am at the West Oaks Mall in the Food Court. Call 407-296-1399 for additional information.

THE DAY SPA AT HEALTH CENTRAL

Health Central's newest addition, the Day Spa is located in our beautifully renovated Women's Center. From facials to manicures and pedicures to massages, the spa offers a variety of services to make you feel great! Elite members and Health Central Walkers receive a discount on these services.
